14th March, 2009 - Today, I fulfilled a long overdue movie ticket promised to my nephew months back. Just didn't have the chance to fulfill it until today.
Together with 5 kids : Jenny, Jasmine, Dash, Ronnie and Justin, we braved the traffic jam and got ourselves into Times Square with the hope that there'll be tickets available. Alas, there were many new shows but most of them were rated not suitable of kids below 18 except of Race To Witch Mountain and so, we bought the tickets before hitting Gasoline for dinner.
A queer little restaurant full of teenagers sitting on the floor (akin to the Japanese way of dining) padded with thin pillows, each crowd separated only by a piece of curtain. Kinda shadowy and dark in there but the atmosphere was something to remember by. Food wise, quite appetizing with lots of variety. Justin chose black pepper fried rice, Dash savoured fish and chips, Jenny had chicken chop, Jasmine ordered seafood tomyam soup and Ronnie ate lamb chop ... whereas Odelia chose not to order, so that she can choose to nibble a little from each dish ! YUMMY !!! Wah, gotta watch my diet now ^_^
