1. Drafted and printed out tenancy agreements for the new tenant to sign.
2. Did some housework and ironing of bedsheets after many years of no ironing ! Glad that the skill is still there ... ha ha ha ...
3. Managed to catch up on a little work in the home office :-)
4. Had dinner at the new Kopitiam beside my taman. Prawn mee, blackcurrent smoothies and kopi 'O' while my date had assam laksa, ice lemon tea and kopi 'O'. Food wise, so so ... service wise, also so so ... ambient wise, rather nice with some cool breeze (after the rain I guess ...) outside the cafe. Enjoyed each other's company ^_^
