1. Met up with a Singaporean consultant for breakfast at Starbucks, Summit Hotel. Had a good one hour chat and laughs, gained some interesting insights into my personal grooming behaviour and style. Wow! First time listening to an 'Image Consultant' talk on a one-on-one basis, was observed from head to toe and well, compliments aplenty for a good start. Ha ha ha ...
2. Went to PJ church for disbursement of claims to participants at a health and mental training, this time in a more organised and efficient manner :-)
3. Evening swim was good though the pool water needs better maintenance. Short swim but nevertheless, felt good to flex some tired muscles ^_^
