1. The 3rd day in Bali, I managed to wake up on time for the day's journey. Stopped for shopping at various places on the way to Kinta Mani. Bought a silver necklace at the silver crafts shop, visited an art gallery with lots of beautiful paintings, a local batik shop, a wood carving shop and lastly a stop at the one and only kuih lapis shop on our way back to the hotel.
2. I managed to take lots of photos, capturing mostly beautiful sculptures, the trade mark of Bali as well as the beautiful scenery at the Kinta Mani volcano after a hearty buffet lunch at the "Cameron Highland" weather/atmosphere outdoor.
3. I took a risk and bought 3 wood-carved giraffes, the tallest one being more than 7 feet and prayed that all three will arrive intact despite the tour guide saying ' no guarantee' that the giraffes will not break into pieces since it is so fragile!
