1. I had a busy and tiring day but happy and successful housewarming party! More than 60 people turned up.
2. The children and their friends helped out in preparing for the party.
3. Many willing helping hands made my day. A special thank you note to Connie, 3rd sis, Big sis and Thomas for helping with the BBQ and games for the children.
4. I received many compliments on our beautiful house.
5. My maid, Devi is a superwoman! From house cleaning to food preparation to cooking to wall-drilling! Very efficient and organised too.
6. Gifts received from relatives and friends were lovely, especially the made-in-India hand-woven piece of art from Sharuna.
